Are USA Naval & Private companies still dumping their toxic wastes into our Pacific Ocean

i especially think of this question while
reading thru todays inmail & the New Internationalist
Our world is brewing some hefty storms
...

I am still in shock, a tidal wave wiped out gravesites,
washed away the bones of fanau,
links into the distance.
the remembering of where we come from
invaluable;
the links from our ancestors, & the
the lands of our mother's
and the current day makings

how truely intricate life really is.

So! Another very important question:

Does polluting the seabeds with toxic nuclear waste affect climate conditions?
