In the Family Court, when deciphering the needs and best interests of the child, shall we make it harder for the mother to care and protect for her children?

When relationships quieten
and there's a silence thats deafening
i dance down each pathway
and sing in wild abandon
in tune not in tune
in turn and sometimes out of turn


then making right making good
getting on and feeling love's good
and yes what i do reflects who i am

and sometimes i'm the
biggest fool i eva know, i eva know

i'm my greatest critic
i only ever blow my own
horn
AFTER the fact

so any

dissing dissing dissing
and i tell myself not
be that doormat for the 'professional'
to stamp on:

the world isnt full of positive helpfull people

? for instance? okay then;
A Counsel-4-Child
...
someone who cites 20 years experience
is approved AND respected after so many years to Represent Child
on behalf of THE Court, Society at large...

surely that counsel for child gets to know
both of the parents
in a consistent and empirical manner
in a transparent and positive way
without dehumanising
without belittling

surely....

WHO stands to suffer?

As counsel-for-child
surely the professional

allows at all times the child's best interests

to represent truthing - not embellishing or twisting ...

but no; i am seeing supervision dont worry about even knowing its textbook example of finding ways and means of doing better and supporting the mother in positive and meaningful ways..
